CyberArk Engineer

Location:

New York, NY

Remote/Onsite:

Hybrid

Contract Duration:

12 Months Contract

Job Description/ Requirements

Position: CyberArk Engineer

Location: New York, US (Hybrid working)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

About the Team

We are the Privileged Access Security Engineering team responsible for building and operating enterprise-scale CyberArk capabilities across a large financial institution. Our mandate is to deploy, configure, and operationalize CyberArk across hybrid infrastructure to secure privileged identities at scale. This is a top-priority initiative with defined delivery timelines.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior CyberArk Engineer — someone who lives in the product daily, builds it with their hands, and fixes it when it breaks. You're the person who installs Vault components, configures CPM platforms, deploys PSM proxies, troubleshoots connector failures, and gets credential rotation working at 2 AM when it stops. You've done this across complex, segmented enterprise environments and you know the product inside-out — not from training slides, but from production incidents.

You'll work alongside our architect to take designs from paper to production. You own implementation, configuration, testing, go-live, and ongoing operations. If a platform won't rotate, a session won't record, or a connector drops — it's yours until it's resolved.

What You'll Do

Implementation & Configuration

·                     Install, configure, and harden CyberArk Vault (Primary + DR), including OS hardening, Vault initialization, replication setup, and backup configuration

·                     Deploy and configure CPM — install, assign to safes, configure platforms (built-in and custom), tune rotation/reconciliation/verification schedules, and validate end-to-end credential management

·                     Configure SIA components — deploy SIA connectors, configure access policies, validate dynamic/standing access workflows

·                     Deploy and configure PSM/PSMP — install connection components, configure session recording, set up HTML5 Gateway, and validate session routing across zones

·                     Deploy Privilege Cloud Connectors — configure secure tunnel, register connectors, validate communication, and troubleshoot registration failures

·                     Configure SIA components — deploy SIA connectors, configure access policies, validate dynamic/standing access workflows

·                     Implement safe structures, platform configurations, and account onboarding per architecture standards

Account Onboarding & Platform Enablement

·                     Onboard privileged accounts at scale — bulk upload via PACLI/REST API, validate rotation, configure reconciliation accounts, and resolve onboarding failures

·                     Build and test CPM platforms — custom platforms, prompts files, process files, and plugin configurations for non-standard targets (middleware, appliances, databases, cloud accounts)

·                     Work with platform teams (Windows, Linux, Database, Network) to gather target system details, test connectivity, and validate credential management end-to-end

·                     Configure and test dual-control workflows, exclusive access policies, and break-glass procedures

Troubleshooting & Break-Fix

·                     Diagnose and resolve CPM rotation/reconciliation failures — read CyberArk logs (PMTerminal, PMConsole, CACPMScanner), identify root cause, and fix without escalating to vendor unless necessary

·                     Troubleshoot PSM/PSMP session failures — connection component errors, RDP/SSH proxy issues, recording failures, and load-balancer health problems

·                     Debug connector communication issues — secure tunnel drops, registration failures, network/firewall blocks, and certificate problems

·                     Investigate and resolve Vault replication issues, failover problems, and DR scenarios

·                     Own incident response for PAM-related production issues — you're in the war room, not waiting for a callback

Operations & Maintenance

·                     Manage day-to-day platform health — monitor CPM queues, PSM server capacity, connector status, and vault replication lag

·                     Execute Vault patching and upgrades — plan, test in lower environments, execute in production, and validate post-upgrade

·                     Manage safe lifecycle — creation, member changes, platform reassignment, and decommissioning

·                     Maintain operational documentation — runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and known-issue logs

·                     Automate repeatable tasks — bulk operations via REST API, PACLI scripting, and PowerShell/Python automation

Integration & Automation

·                     Configure SIEM integration (Syslog/CEF forwarding), ticketing integration (ServiceNow/ITSM), and SNMP/email alerting

·                     Build and maintain API-driven automation for account onboarding, safe provisioning, and reporting

·                     Support identity provider integration (LDAP, SAML, RADIUS) for Vault authentication

What You Bring

Must-Have

·                     5+ years of hands-on CyberArk implementation and operations experience

·                     Production deployment experience with Digital Vault — install, harden, configure, replicate, patch, and recover

·                     Strong CPM expertise — platform creation (built-in and custom), plugin configuration, rotation/reconciliation tuning, and failure troubleshooting at the log level

·                     Strong PSM/PSMP expertise — deployment, connection component configuration, session recording, and proxy troubleshooting

·                     Experience with Privilege Cloud connectors — deployment, registration, secure tunnel, and hybrid operations

·                     Strong SIA expertise— connector installation, policy configuration, and access validation

·                     Proven ability to troubleshoot independently — you read ITALog, PMTerminal, PMConsole, Event Viewer, and trace connector traffic before opening a support case

·                     Experience onboarding accounts at scale — bulk operations, API-driven onboarding, and reconciliation validation across hundreds/thousands of targets

·                     Comfortable with network troubleshooting — port connectivity, firewall validation, proxy traversal, and DNS resolution in segmented environments

·                     Scripting capability — PowerShell, Python, or REST API for automation and bulk operations

·                     Experience working in enterprise financial services environments with change control, environment promotion, and segregation of duties

Nice-to-Have

·                     CyberArk Defender or Sentry certification

·                     Experience building custom CPM plugins (prompts/process files) for non-standard platforms

·                     Familiarity with CyberArk Secrets Manager / Credential Providers (CCP, CP, Conjur)

·                     Experience with Ansible or Terraform for CyberArk component provisioning

·                     Background in Windows/Linux system administration

·                     Familiarity with load balancers (F5, HAProxy) for PSM/PVWA HA configurations

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

·                     Per roadmap and architecture- All CyberArk components deployed, hardened, and operational across environments (Dev, UAT, Production, DR)

·                     CPM successfully rotating credentials for the first wave of onboarded platforms — zero manual interventions required

·                     SIA/PSM/PSMP session isolation working end-to-end across all required network zones — sessions recording, searchable, and retained per policy

·                     Privilege Cloud connectors stable, monitored, and auto-recovering from transient failures

·                     Operational monitoring and alerting in place — you know when something breaks before users report it

·                     Runbooks and troubleshooting guides documented for L2/L3 support handoff

Why This Role

This is a build role, not a keep-the-lights-on role. You're deploying a CyberArk platform from the ground up in a major financial institution. You'll work on complex, real-world problems — not cookie-cutter installs. If you want to build something meaningful with your CyberArk expertise and own the production outcome, this is the role..........

Data Engineering with AI/ML experience

Remote/Onsite:

Remote

Contract Duration:

12 Months Contract

Job Description/ Requirements

Position: Data Engineering with AI/ML experience

Location: Remote (Dallas, TX)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description::-

This role is the sole data engineering owner within the AI Insight and Next Best Action (NBA) engine team at Genpact Digital. You will design and operate the full data platform lifecycle: from raw ingestion through cleaned and curated data marts, into ML Feature Store population and model training datasets. You own the pipeline infrastructure, HIPAA-compliant PHI handling, disaster recovery, data archival, and the ML-facing data surface.

Core Responsibilities

· Own and operate the raw ingestion pipeline: stream Health Data, Local Temp/News, Benefits Data, and Click-Thru External Files (CSV/Parquet) via Kafka and Dataflow Streaming Ingest into Cloud Storage Raw Buckets and BigQuery ingestion datasets.

  • Build      and maintain the transformation pipeline: execute ETL/ELT jobs using      Dataflow and Dataproc (Apache Spark / DataSpark) to produce cleaned and      normalized BigQuery datasets from raw sources.

  • Drive      normalization to curated data marts: produce denormalized 360-degree data      views in BigQuery across Rx, Benefits, behavioural, and clinical signals      for downstream Feature Store ingestion.

  • Own      the Feature Store population pipeline: ingest Behaviour Signals, Insurance      Coverage Signals, Clinical Signals, Engagement Signals, Rx Signals, and      Contextual Features from curated BigQuery data marts into the GCP Feature      Store.

  • Design      and maintain ML training dataset pipelines for NBA and AI Insight models:      offline batch paths, online serving feature paths, training/eval splits,      and dataset versioning.

  • Integrate      Adobe Analytics event data as a behavioural signal source, aligning it      with clinical and benefits data for multi-source model training.

  • Operate      and tune Dataproc Spark Jobs (DataSpark) for large-scale feature      engineering and model training data preparation.

  • Monitor      feature freshness, training data drift, and model data quality in      partnership with Vertex AI pipelines.

  • Implement      and monitor data quality checks, SLAs, and alerting across all pipeline      stages; implement schema validation and anomaly detection.

  • Manage      schema evolution, partitioning strategies, and cost optimization for      BigQuery tables.

  • Design      and implement disaster recovery (DR) zones for the data platform: define      RTO/RPO targets, configure cross-region BigQuery dataset replication, set      up Cloud Storage DR buckets, replicate Feature Store snapshots, and      document and test failover runbooks.

  • Implement      data archival strategies across all tiers: design lifecycle policies for      BigQuery table expiration, Cloud Storage object tiering      (Nearline/Coldline/Archive), archive historical ML training snapshots, and      ensure HIPAA-mandated retention windows are met for PHI-regulated      datasets.

  • Enforce      HIPAA-compliant PHI handling across all pipeline and ML stages: apply PHI      data classification, implement field-level encryption and masking for      Protected Health Information, apply de-identification techniques (Safe      Harbor or Expert Determination) before model training, manage access      controls and audit logging per the HIPAA Security Rule, and ensure PHI is      never written to unencrypted storage or non-compliant destinations.

  • Collaborate      with backend domain engineers to define Kafka event schemas that feed ML      operations.

  • Document      pipeline architecture, data contracts, Feature Store definitions, training      data lineage, DR runbooks, and archival policies.
